We use the latest standard technologies to guarantee that TextReady^® is a future proof solution. On the server side PHP/HTML and on the Client side your actual browser. Documents are created in XML formats (Microsoft^® docx) and information is retrieved from multiple standard sources.

SIX EASY STEPS TO CREATE A DOCUMENT

1. ENTITY:        Select one or more Entities (Contact name, Company name, Address etc) from your current database.
2. FROM:          Select the name or names that will sign the document from your users list with a single click.
3. PROJECT:   Associate the document with one or more projects and use those references in your final document.
4. CONTENT: Select the content that will be included in your document from an easy to use tree model.
5. FILL:             The document might require multiple variables fill them in a single page (this way you do not forget a single one).
