TextReady® CREATOR version 1.6 features.

Multi-level structure tree
Support for a multi-level tree allows document content structures to have more than two levels for a more flexible content management.

Labels in Document variables
Document variables can be identified by a label for an easier recognition when entering data on a dynamic variable.

Pick tables for document variables
Dynamic variables can have an associated pick table. This only allows data entry from a pre-defined list thus minimizing mistakes.

Change content order before building a document
A drag and drop feature allows users to change the order of the selected content items. This feature brings additional flexibility before the document is created.

Document locking/unlocking
This feature allows the lock/unlock of a Document. A locked document is not editable by a user. Only the Document Manager (access level = 3) can unlock a document.

New user level 3 (document manager)
A new user access level has been established with privileges to unlock a locked document.

Impossibility for one user to login simultaneously in 2 computers
Any user can only be logged-in in one workstation. If a user tries to login simultaneously in two workstations a message “User already logged at <ip address of the first workstation>” will display on the second workstation.

Control of user idle time
A new parameter defines the time limit that an established session can remain idle without expiring. After that time limit the session automatically closes.

Administrator can logout a user
In case of need a user can be forced to logout by an Administrator.

Delete a Project or an Entity
It is now possible to delete an existing Project as well as an Entity. This feature is protected by the level of security that each user has.

Code improvements for a better performance
This new version includes many other improvements. The code is much faster than the previous version. Now all operations are executed in the same page without the need of reloading and the content analysis engine that scans documents for variables and builds the Fill page is now four times faster than before.
